2. What personal data we collect

We only collect data you give us voluntarily when subscribing to our newsletter:

  • Your email address.
  • Timestamp, IP address and user-agent at the moment you subscribed (used as evidence of consent).

We do not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies that identify you. The search you run on the site is not stored against your identity.

3. Purpose

We process your email to send you the 00e1.com newsletter: short brandable .com domains that have become available, and occasional updates about the project. We do not use your email for any other purpose.

4. Legal basis

Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679, GDPR). You give consent explicitly by ticking the consent box and submitting the subscription form.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every email we send, or by emailing us at the address above. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Recipients and data processors

We share your data only with the technology providers strictly necessary to deliver the newsletter:

  • MailerLite (UAB MailerLite, Paupio g. 46, LT-11341 Vilnius, Lithuania) — email service provider. Subject to GDPR. See their privacy policy.
  • Netlify Inc. (San Francisco, US) — hosting provider. Data is processed under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
  • Google Cloud (BigQuery) — domain inventory storage (no personal data stored here).

6. International transfers

MailerLite processes data within the European Union. Netlify is a US provider with appropriate safeguards under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data, and never transfer it to jurisdictions without adequate safeguards.

7. How long we keep your data

We keep your subscriber data for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep the unsubscription record and the original consent evidence (IP, timestamp) for up to 2 years as proof of compliance, after which it is permanently deleted.

8. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data (Art. 15).
  • Rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16).
  • Request deletion / be forgotten (Art. 17).
  • Restrict processing (Art. 18).
  • Data portability — get your data in a machine-readable format (Art. 20).
  • Object to processing (Art. 21).
  • Withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)).

To exercise any of these rights, email hello@nashmarketinglabs.com with a clear request. We respond within 30 days.

9. Right to lodge a complaint

If you believe we have processed your data unlawfully, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD), or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.

10. Cookies

This site does notset any cookies for tracking, analytics or advertising. We do not require a cookie banner because we don't use cookies that need consent. The only requests your browser makes are essential for the page to load.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy occasionally. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email to active subscribers.
